My wife and I did a complete remodel of our home in Florida with Keene Contracting. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The result exceeded our every expectation. Keene Curran (Keene Contracting) performed a major renovation of our entire 2,800 SF condo during the summer of 2024. The work was extensive and involved demolition and reconstruction of almost the entire interior. We removed all of the tile flooring and replaced it with engineered wood throughout. The project also involved the complete renovation of our kitchen, three bathrooms, our great room and the painting of the entire unit. The kitchen and baths were taken down to the studs and extensive cabinetry, tile, electrical and plumbing work was performed. The project results were excellent.
I spent my entire career in the construction industry and I can honestly say that Keene was one of the best contractors I ever dealt with. He is an excellent communicator, always quick to respond to emails, text messages and phone calls. He is a problem solver, and problems will arise regardless of how well planned your project may be. Whenever Keene called to notify me about a problem, he always had a plan A and plan B solution ready in the same call. Keene used subs who did quality work but when a few issues arose, Keene was always accountable and made sure his subs made good on their scope and pricing.
Keene and Jen also have an excellent sense of design. They made multiple design suggestions during the project that we incorporated into the renovation that made a big difference in the outcome.
I would highly recommend Keene Contracting for any interior renovation. If I ever have another project, large or small, Keene will be my guy!
